Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation is seeking an experienced Epic OneCare analyst to analyze, plan, design, maintain, and optimize the Epic environment. You will engage with cross-functional teams to capture requirements, perform builds and upgrades, and support ongoing maintenance across clinical and business workflows.

The role demands strong information systems assessment and IT analytics skills, with a focus on delivering reliable, integrated solutions that meet healthcare needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant healthcare IT experience or a combination of experience and education.
• Experience in project management and/or system implementations preferred.
• Epic certification within 90 days of completing training is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates implementation of Baptist OneCare and related projects.
• Analyzes problems and develops action plans using Baptist Management System Tools.
• Completes testing of software applications using established standards.
• Provides ongoing support for Epic and other applications in scope.
• Completes assigned goals.
