Job description

Determination for the Epic Application Analyst (I, II, or III), Cadence & Prelude roles will be based on experience and qualifications.

PIH Health internal applicants or Altera employees (working at PIH Health as of May 2025), must obtain Epic certification in the required application/module within 120 days of hire or transfer. Failure to do so may result in removal from the position; however, employees can apply for other internal openings that match their qualifications.

External applicants must have active Epic certification in the required application/module at the time of hire. Proof of current certification will be required.

This position primarily focuses on the following Epic applications: Cadence Registration and Prelude Enterprise Scheduling. The Epic Application Analyst, Cadence & Prelude, serves as the primary support contact for these applications, guiding workflow design, system build and testing, and analyzing technical issues related to Epic and connected software.
