Job summary

Freeman Health System in Joplin, MO is hiring a System Analyst to serve as a primary contact for applications, coordinating issue resolution and ensuring alignment with organizational policies and workflows. The role requires in-person orientation and full-time hours (40/week).

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of related experience, a business or healthcare IT degree, and vendor certifications in Epic systems and related tools. On-site position with Freeman benefits.

What You’ll Do

System analysts are the primary support contacts for each application. They coordinate all issues that arise during the project for their application areas and must be very knowledgeable about the organization’s policies, procedures, and business operations.

Requirements

Candidates must be physically located in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas or Oklahoma to qualify. Candidates must be able to attend new hire orientation in-person on the designated orientation date.

• Clean driving record
• Two (2) years of professional experience directly related
• Must obtain required vendor certifications for support within 3 attempts

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration, or equivalent work experience.
