May lead and direct the work of others. Supports software applications based on user interaction and current system functionality. Participates and supports the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Solves computer problems and displays multi-dimensional analytical skills. Designs, develops, customizes and maintains software for optimizing operational efficiency, working individually or as part of a team on medium to large scale projects.

• Ability to travel as needed.

Educational Requirements
