Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Epic Ambulatory Build Analyst - Ambulatory to lead the configuration, design, and maintenance of Epic environments and to translate business requirements into technical specifications. You will coordinate with providers, PMs, and IT resources to ensure quality outcomes across clinical workflows.

Ideal candidates will have at least five years of experience with EpicCare Ambulatory, strong testing and documentation skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare IT.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related experience.
• EpicCare Ambulatory certification required.
• Experience with test planning, execution, and quality requirements.
• Strong knowledge of clinical applications and healthcare IT.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Epic environments.
• Lead discovery calls and provide Level of Effort.
• Facilitate design sessions with business leaders and analysts.
• Create and fulfill EHR use cases and translate requirements to technical specs.
• Lead documentation for discovery and implementation and ensure future state workflows are defined.
• Work with project managers to identify tasks and estimates.
• Support vendor upgrades and environment maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with matrixed teams including providers, SMEs, and stakeholders.
