Job summary

COHERENT is a global leader in lasers and photonics, seeking a operations professional for a high-volume semiconductor environment in Sherman, TX. The role involves supporting on-shift activities, maintaining VCSEL/PD production, and reading SPC charts, with training on Work Instructions and collaboration with Engineering on new workflows and data analysis.

The position requires a HS Diploma or higher with 2-4+ years of related experience, MS Office proficiency, and familiarity with SPC.

• Work in clean room environment. 12 hour swing shift. Night Shift
