Texas Instruments Incorporated's new semiconductor fab (SMFAB) in Sherman, TX is a state-of-the-art 300mm facility that started production. As an Epi Equipment Engineer, you’ll own the tools—from installation to upgrades—and drive performance, reliability, and seamless ramp to full scale.

Responsibilities include leading equipment selection and deployment, owning the full lifecycle of tools, translating OEM updates into action, analyzing performance data, and partnering with repair and process

Texas Instruments' new semiconductor fab (SMFAB) in Sherman, TX is a state-of-the-art 300mm facility that recently started production. As a Texas Instruments Epi Equipment Engineer, you won’t just maintain tools—you’ll own them. From day one, you’ll drive performance, build reliability from the ground up, and play a key role in shaping how this factory operates as it ramps to full scale.
