Job summary

Mayer in Chester, VA is seeking an EPC Warehouse Associate to join our team. This site-based role focuses on accurately filling customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping materials while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Responsibilities include receiving materials, stocking shelves, preparing orders, operating forklifts and related equipment, and performing inventory counts. Candidates should meet basic requirements and may have forklift certification and a valid

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Forklift/hand truck/pallet jack certification preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license if deliveries are required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must pass motor vehicle record checks
• High School or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and EH&S rules to maintain a safe work environment
• Receive and verify materials against packing lists
• Stock and organize incoming orders, report freight damage
• Prepare and ship orders with correct quantities and product types
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine as needed
• Load shipments onto carriers and company vehicles
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and inventory counts
• Make deliveries as needed
