Faith Technologies is seeking an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Superintendent to lead job-site supervision and coordinate multiple disciplines across projects. The role focuses on safety, quality, schedule integrity and cost management, with extensive travel up to 100% and variable shift patterns.

This position leads job site supervision, coordination and performance of all project disciplines in accordance with contractual requirements including (but not limited to), on-site coordination, safety, scheduling, construction quality control, cost management, labor management, equipment procurement and delivery, and on-site client contact. Ideal candidates have a history of effectively managing large projects, and/or multiple medium-to-large projects, while routinely meeting and beating estimated job costs. Ideal candidates also have a complete understanding of construction documents and specifications including scope of work for all subcontractors, and the ability to organize and direct a project to completion.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: High school diploma or GED, Certified Trade Apprenticeship Program or Equivalent Experience, Ongoing Industry Training Experience: 4 years of experience in relative trades, 3-6 years in a similar position or proven successful project execution. Travel: up to 100% (less travel in the beginning and then will increase) Work Schedule: This position will work between the hours of 12pm to 12am for approximately 6 months After about 6 months, will switch to Days Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.
