Job summary

You will provide technical and administrative direction within a team of Planning & Scheduling specialists, collaborating with client representatives, Fluor management and functional leads.

The role requires updating schedules, evaluating deviations, and maintaining integration with control level schedules; travel may be required for project assignments.

Qualifications

• Planning and scheduling knowledge for large EPC projects.
• Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Understanding of project controls and scheduling best practices.

Responsibilities

• Updating the project schedule periodically in line with the project controls reporting plan.
• Evaluating impacts from deviations according to change management processes.
• Maintaining schedules for approved changes after baselines.
• Coordinating with discipline leads for schedule integration.
• Analyzing adherence to the schedule and flagging deviations.
• Preparing what-if schedule scenarios to support mitigations.
• Producing schedule deliverables for internal and external reporting.
• Initiating re-baselines after forecasted triggering events.
• Participating in Schedule Risk Analysis throughout the project.
• Other duties as assigned.
