Jobot in the Kansas City area seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering design projects across civil, electrical, mechanical, and automation teams. You will report to our Operations Leader, build strong client relationships, and drive projects from initiation through delivery.

The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering engineering projects on time and on budget.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills; PMP preferred.

We're on the hunt for an experienced project manager to lead thrilling engineering design projects. If you're passionate about collaboration and innovation, this role is for you! You'll work with diverse engineering teams (civil, electrical, mechanical, and automation) and report to our Operations Leader. Your mission? To build strong relationships, manage dynamic projects, and champion our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Projects: Take charge from start to finish, ensuring every detail is covered.
• Define Vision: Shape and document the engineering scope with clarity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar project management experience
• Proven experience in managing engineering projects
• Knowledge of engineering processes
• Ability to build strong client relationships and uncover new opportunities
• Track record of delivering projects on budget and on time
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage, Pulp & Paper, and Consumer Products is a plus
• PMP certification is preferred
