Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management required.
• Minimum 5 years in power systems or utility-scale construction.
• Undergraduate engineering degree or equivalent.
• PMBOK/ PMP desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, risks, and client expectations to meet contract terms.
• Define and document RFPs and scope of work for EPC partners.
• Review drawings, estimates, and schedules with Owners and Engineers.
• Coordinate with Estimating and Operations for constructability and pricing.
• Lead design-engineer collaboration to meet budgets and milestones.
• Monitor progress and report to senior management.
