Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking an EPC Preconstruction Manager to lead a cross-functional team from pursuit through planning, coordinating design, BIM/3D modeling, budgeting and procurement planning. You will partner with Project Executives and Managers to develop contracts and manage client relations during preconstruction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management, 10+ years in EPC or design-build, and 15–25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10 years of design-build or EPC construction leadership experience.
• Travel 15-25%.
• Work schedule; 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; flexibility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates design activities with consultants, subcontractor partners and clients.
• Works with Group Leader of Preconstruction developing best-in-class Preconstruction services.
• Tracks design and cost changes during the development of a project design.
• Oversees the engineering design schedule and organizes team to meet deliverables.
• Participates in meetings and presentations to promote Preconstruction services.
• Monitors project progress using PSR, TIA, and RACI tools.
• Oversees BIM/3D-modeling development and supports the team.
• Serves as single point of contact for Preconstruction activities.
• Coordinates with procurement and project controls for schedules and procurement needs.
• Contributes to development of contract agreements and project proposals.
