Role: IT Help Desk Technician
Experience: 5 years+ experience working in a Windows environment, 3 years+ O365 & Exchange experience
Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Help Desk Tier 1 & Tier 2 to provide support for our managed services clients. Candidates should have a mix of technical and customer service skills and be passionate about technology and helping people. We support both Macs and PCs along with the MS365 application suite.
Basic Function/Responsibilities:
- Handle Tier 1 & Tier 2 help desk escalations through tickets or phone.
- Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Handle O365 and Exchange related queries.
- Support Windows 10, Mac OS X, Google Collaboration Apps, and Office 365.
- Understand Active Directory fundamentals.
- Manage client PC connectivity – ethernet, TCP/IP and VPN, firewalls.
- Experience with Antivirus products.
- Demonstrate strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users.
Time: Thursday to Monday (IST hours 6am – 2pm)
Experience: 3 to 8 years
