Job summary

PACK Power, LLC is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed schedules for electrical construction and EPC projects. You will work with Project Managers, Engineers, Estimators, and field teams to ensure on‑time delivery from planning through closeout.

The role focuses on establishing activities, durations, logic, and milestones, tracking progress, and communicating impacts to leadership and customers. A strong background in construction scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• The candidate holds a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management or engineering.
• 3–6 years in construction scheduling, project controls, or project management.
• Understanding of electrical construction activities including equipment installation and energization.
• Experience with schedule recovery, delay analysis, or change management.
• Experience with project management or construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed baseline and execution schedules for electrical construction and EPC projects.
• Establish activities, durations, logic, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Maintain critical path schedules and identify schedule risks.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, estimators, procurement, and field teams.
• Prepare schedule reports, look-ahead schedules, and progress updates.
• Monitor progress and develop recovery strategies with the project team.
