Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of civil construction estimating experience.
• Prior experience estimating civil scope on high-voltage projects preferred.
• Experience with estimating software and detailed civil drawing interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed civil cost estimates for EPC projects.
• Evaluate and level subcontractor bids for completeness.
• Review geotechnical reports and environmental studies to assess cost risks.
