Job summary

Stractive Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior EPBCS Consultant to join our growing team in the United States. You will work with clients to design, configure, and deploy EPBCS solutions, driving end-to-end implementations and ensuring strong business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Oracle EPM/EPBCS, at least two full lifecycle projects, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Travel to onsite client locations will be required as part of engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Oracle EPM, specifically EPBCS.
• At least 2 full lifecycle implementations (end-to-end projects).
• Strong expertise in design, configuration, and deployment.
• Ability to interact with clients and manage business requirements effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for onsite assignments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design EPBCS solutions.
• Lead EPBCS design, configuration and deployment activities across projects.
• Own end-to-end implementation tasks and ensure quality delivery.
• Travel onsite for client engagements as required.
