Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computational Biology, Computational Toxicology, Mathematics, Biostatistics, Computer Science (within last 5 years).
• Candidates with a bachelor's may be considered with strong experience.
• Experience with programming and R-based statistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design workflows and data analysis pipelines for automated, standardized analysis of large data sets.
• Develop and implement data archiving and storage systems.
• Apply statistical analyses including hypothesis testing, regression, and multivariate methods.
