Edward Rose & Sons in Clinton Township, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site operations team and support resident comfort.

You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance, respond to work orders, manage inventory, and uphold safety standards. EPA certifications and state regulations are preferred; training provided; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required; if not held, must obtain within 120 days of start date via company training
• HVAC experience preferred and beneficial
• Experience in multi-family property maintenance is a plus
• Ability to shovel snow and spread salt during winter
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn software/apps

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall maintenance of an apartment community and day-to-day operations
• Evaluate, prioritize, and resolve work orders
• Perform plumbing tasks including pipe fitting and faucet installations
• Troubleshoot HVAC, boiler, and water heater issues
• Repair appliances, electrical components, and lighting
• Carpentry work including doors, drywall, trim, and caulking
• Maintain inventory of commonly used parts
• Deliver resident-focused maintenance support
