ABOVE ALL AIR HEATING AND COOLING LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, service, or repair heating and air conditioning systems in homes or commercial spaces. The ideal candidate has HVAC service experience and an EPA certification, works well in a team or independently, and takes pride in delivering a job well done with efficiency and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required for refrigerants handling.
• Past HVAC service technician experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems.
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Repair or service HVAC systems to improve efficiency, e.g., by changing filters, cleaning ducts, or refilling refrigerants.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure high satisfaction.
• Test pipes/joints for leaks using a pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution.
• Test electrical circuits or components for continuity with test equipment.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
