Job summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking EPA-certified HVAC technicians for rotating residential service calls and installations. This 1099 role offers flexible, part-time work with direct assignments from our portfolio partners, no fees, and no lead chasing.

Technicians operate locally on residential jobs, with pay for first trip service calls, labor for full installations, and fast direct deposit. Must own a vehicle and tools, have a valid license, and complete onboarding.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification required.
• Active General Liability Insurance (COI) required.
• Workers' Compensation preferred.
• Must own a truck/van/SUV and your own tools.
• Ability to navigate mobile job portals and communicate clearly.
• Must complete onboarding call and training prior to receiving assignments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps, mini-splits).
• Complete first-trip service calls within Not-to-Exceed budgets (avg $150–$350).
• Submit estimates for more complex or multi-visit repairs.
• Perform full system replacements and installations (labor pay $1,200–$1,800).
• Communicate with dispatch and provide updates through the mobile job portal.
• All materials are purchased by Superior.
• Must be located in the United States.
