Job Summary and Qualifications

The EP Technologist in our Cardiovascular Cath Lab will oversee patient care during procedures, utilizing therapeutic skills, the nursing process, and collaboration with healthcare team members. Your work will positively impact our patients' lives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing overall care and evaluation of patients undergoing EP procedures and cardiac device implantations.
  • Monitoring patients during procedures and performing sterile scrub procedures for diagnostic and interventional cases.

Qualifications required:

  • Associate Degree in Cardiovascular Technology preferred.
  • Current American Heart Association ACLS or American Red Cross ALS certification required.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Required License: RT or CVT; RCIS preferred.
  • Registered Radiologic Technician (not necessarily RRT if CVT at hire).
  • Previous cardiac catheterization and EP experience strongly preferred.
