DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) EP Team Lead, located in Raynham, Massachusetts. Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months , subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required , regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview

The EP Team Lead provides hands‑on leadership and operational oversight for a team supporting essential enterprise or functional processes. This role is responsible for day‑to‑day execution, workload coordination, and ensuring high‑quality, timely delivery of services. The EP Team Lead plays a key role in driving consistency, process adherence, and continuous improvement while serving as a point of escalation and support for team members. This position offers the opportunity to lead people, influence outcomes, and contribute directly to operational excellence within DePuy Synthes.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education
