EP MP Shipping Warehouse Associate - M-F 1st Shift (Healthcare)

What You'll Get to Do

The Shipping Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring timely shipping and full order accuracy, reporting to the Shipping Manager.

This role is ideal for individuals comfortable operating machinery. As a key member of the Shipping Department, it offers an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Move packed metal from packing tables to shipping areas using an overhead crane
  • Prepare boxes and bundles for shipment to customers
  • Verify labels on boxes and bundles to ensure correct delivery
  • Load bundles to prevent load shifting and ensure delivery in good condition
  • Build quality bundles and load trailers properly
  • Complete Pre-Loading Checklist before trailer loading
  • Assist with general housekeeping in the shipping department
  • Obtain and maintain certifications to operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and 4D lifts
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance, perform tasks safely, and follow all safety policies and procedures

  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Willingness to learn shipping documentation processes
  • Comfort working at heights up to 15 ft – no fear of heights

Physical Requirements

  • Stand and walk on concrete for up to 12 hours
  • Twist, bend, and kneel
  • Lift, push, pull, or move up to 75 lbs individually and 150 lbs with a partner
  • Constant reaching, handling, and grasping movements
  • Visual acuity to inspect products and recognize quality and die prints
  • Proper use of all required Personal Protective Equipment
  • Work in temperatures similar to outdoor conditions (heat, humidity, etc.)
