Job summary

St Mary’s Hospital in Athens, GA, seeks an Electrophysiology Technologist for the Cardiac Cath/EP Lab on the day shift. The role includes performing and recording studies safely and in line with policy.

A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for candidates with at least 1 year of EP tech experience. Responsibilities include managing daily lab operations and ensuring procedural compliance with national standards.

Qualifications

• RCES certification preferred; BLS and ACLS through American Heart Association required.
• Successful completion of an approved cardiovascular program, radiology program or respiratory program.
• One year of cardiac cath lab and EP experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinical operations of the Cardiac Cath/EP Lab ensuring studies are performed and recorded safely and professionally.
• Ensure procedural compliance with nationally published standards.

Education

RCES certification preferred

BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association) required

Cardiovascular/ Radiology/ Respiratory program education
