Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or comparable license upon hire.
• New graduates with an EP program must obtain RCIS/RCES within 24 months.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support and ACLS certifications upon hire.

Overview

Assisting the physician in performance of invasive electrophysiology procedures. Has basic knowledge of EP Lab equipment and the maintenance of it while administering direct/indirect care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. Provides direct and indirect care during established procedures and sedation for patients.
