Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking an experienced RN/RCIS/RCES to join our Electrophysiology (EP) Lab team in Atlanta. You will assist physicians with invasive EP procedures and provide direct patient care, while also maintaining EP lab equipment and ensuring safety during complex cardiac cases.

The ideal candidate has 4 years of Cath Lab or EP experience, holds RN licensure or RCIS/RCES certification, and maintains BCLS/ACLS training.

Competenze

Registered Nurse or RCIS/RCES required at hire.
4 years Cath Lab or EP experience required.
ACLS, BCLS, and GA RN licensure upon hire required.

Mansioni

Assist physician in invasive EP procedures and support EP lab staff.
Maintain EP lab equipment and ensure patient safety during procedures.

Responsibilities

Assisting the physician in performance of invasive electrophysiology procedures, maintaining all EP Lab equipment, and administering direct/indirect care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. Providing care during established procedures and sedation for patients. Performs advanced level EP for cases. Additionally, will serve as subject matter expert in challenging and difficult cases by providing guidance to fellow EP lab techs in the proper operation of equipment and procedures used in the EP Laboratory.
