Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Electrophysiology Lab for a travel nursing job in Bridgeport, Connecticut. The assignment runs for 26 weeks with 40 hours per week on a 10-hour day shift in an EP lab setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of EP Lab experience, ACLS and BLS, and are ready to support physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic heart rhythm procedures while handling equipment and patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with EP Lab experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an EP lab setting.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with complex EP procedures and device implants.
• Monitor equipment and support diagnostic and therapeutic EP studies.
• Prepare the EP lab, maintain sterile technique and assist with ablations and implants.
• Support patient care before, during, and after EP procedures.
