Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.

• The RN in Ohio must complete twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period; at least 1 hour related to Chapter 4723 Ohio nurse practice rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient's plan of care and interact with patient, families and health care team.
• Assess and formulate nursing diagnoses; plan, implement and evaluate the care plan.
• Work collaboratively with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals and improve outcomes.
