Job summary

Mercy Hospital St. Louis seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the EP Lab, offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Full-time days, 4x10-hour shifts with minimal call.

You will apply nursing processes to deliver patient care, ensure confidentiality, and collaborate with departments to uphold Mercy standards and values. Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited RN program, current RN license, BLS, and 2+ years Telemetry/ICU experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Licensure: Maintain current RN license in hiring state.
• Preferred Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Telemetry and/or ICU experience.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments; maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
