Job summary

Virginia Commonwealth University Health in Richmond, VA is hiring an Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist I/II for the EP Lab on days. You will be a scrub tech and monitor during invasive cardiology procedures, supporting diagnostic and interventional cases as part of a skilled team.

Education and certifications: RCIS/RCES certification within two years, or Radiologic RT ARRT pathway. BLS/ACLS required. A $20,000 sign‑on incentive is available for offers accepted by October 31, 2026. Terms apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of RCIS/RCES program or health science program (including cardiovascular technology, ultrasound, radiologic technology, nursing, paramedic/EMT)
• Must obtain RCIS/RCES within two years of hire
• For Radiologic Technology: ARRT RT certification within 90 days and RCIS/RCES within two years

Responsibilities

• Perform scrub, monitor, and circulating duties during diagnostic and interventional procedures using ALARA and AORN standards
• Maintains safety and sterility; supports data collection and charge entry during procedures
• Promote positive, collaborative team environment and adherence to standards
