Vetted Solutions is seeking an RN to provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, and evaluation within nursing standards. Qualifications

• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills.

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Develops and documents personalized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate patient conditions and promotes effective communication across care continuum.
