Job summary

Penn State Health - Hershey Medical Center is hiring a Level I Electrophysiology Technologist to assist physicians with adult diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures. The role includes scrubbing and circulating during cases, with a daytime, 10-hour shift schedule.

Minimum qualifications include an associate or higher health science degree or two years of relevant cardiac cath lab experience, RCES certification within 36 months, and BLS/ACLS within 3 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an associate or higher academic program in related health science.
• Two (2) years full-time work experience in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization and/or cardiac electrophysiology laboratory.
• RCES certification must be obtained within 36 months from date of hire.
• BLS and ACLS certifications must be obtained within 3 months from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with adult diagnostic and interventional Electrophysiology procedures.
• Scrub and circulating during procedures.
