Job summary

Qualifications

• Board Certification/Eligibility in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of practice.
• Eligible for and able to obtain medical staff privileges within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for electrophysiology services and broader cardiology operations.
• Collaborate with administration on scope and growth of EP services, equipment planning, lab needs, and workflow optimization.
• Maintain strong referral relationships with cardiologists, primary care physicians, and regional partners.
• Work with clinical team to establish and monitor quality metrics and patient outcomes.
• Address clinical and operational issues impacting the medical staff.
• Foster a collegial, high-performing clinical environment.
