Job summary

Guthrie is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Cath Lab Electrophysiology (EP) team. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, with on-call duties during holidays. A sign-on bonus of up to $75,000 is available for qualified RNs.

The RN provides comprehensive, evidence-based care in an acute setting, adhering to nursing standards and unit-specific requirements. BSN preferred; active state licensure, BLS, and ACLS/PALS as unit dictates are required.

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; NLRN pathway acceptable.
• BSN preferred; ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• PALS may be required depending on unit.
• Specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Develop and coordinate plan of care to optimize outcomes.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic patient care.
• Foster learning for patients, families, and team.
• Ensure patient safety and quality of care.
• Work with interdisciplinary team and manage multiple priorities.
• Participate in educational programs.
