Job summary

AEVEX is seeking a Manager, Explosive Ordnance Disposal to lead and integrate EOD activities across Tactical Systems programs. The role oversees explosive operations, energetic materials, munitions production, testing, and safety compliance, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, QA, supply chain, and flight test teams to deliver timely, safe solutions for mission success.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of explosive safety regulations and DoD standards.
• Experience leading EOD personnel and programs across multiple departments.
• Proficient in MS Office and safety documentation.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Military EOD certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all EOD personnel supporting Tactical Systems programs.
• Coordinate explosive safety planning, risk mitigation, and hazard analysis.
• Oversee energetic systems integration, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, QA, and Supply Chain.
