Job summary

GRVTY is looking for an experienced Imagery Scientist in Falls Church, Virginia. This role requires a passion for scientific problem-solving and expertise in EO imagery to provide technical direction across the imagery acquisition and preparation lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will leverage their skills to integrate emerging sensors, conduct assessments, and collaborate with other scientists. A strong understanding of remote sensing and advanced imagery processing is essential.

Compensation ranges from $180,000 to $210,000, with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an EO expert.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain CI/Poly.
• Experience developing and testing new algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Integrate emerging sensors and platforms into existing data workflows.
• Conduct assessment of potential differences between new and existing platforms.
• Develop and implement mathematical conversion models for data.
