Job summary

HP Inc Poland is seeking the EO Communications Programs & Operations Lead to serve as the operational backbone of the Enterprise Operations Communications organization, driving governance, planning, and execution across executive communications, employee engagement, and strategic programs.

You will partner with the EO Communications Director to establish intake processes, manage roadmaps, measure outcomes, and ensure disciplined delivery that aligns with EO business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in program management, communications operations, business operations, strategic planning, or related fields.

**Description -****Role Summary**The EO Communications **Programs & Operations Lead** serves as the operational backbone of the Enterprise Operations Communications organization, providing enterprise-level program management, governance, planning, and execution leadership across a complex portfolio of executive communications, employee engagement, strategic programs, and transformational initiatives.This role partners closely with the EO Communications Director and EO Communications Team, Corporate Affairs and business stakeholders to drive operational excellence, ensure disciplined execution and enable scalable communications support across Enterprise Operations.Operating with significant independence and enterprise-wide influence, the role establishes governance frameworks, manages cross-functional communications programs, drives reporting and measurement, and ensures alignment between communications priorities and EO business objectives. The successful candidate is a strategic operator who combines strong program management expertise with exceptional stakeholder management, communications acumen, and organizational leadership. **Key Responsibilities****Communications Program Management*** Lead planning of EO-wide communications programs and strategic initiatives.* Manage integrated communications roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.* Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning executive communications, employee engagement, change management, events, and enterprise campaigns.* Drive execution discipline and accountability across complex communications portfolios. **Governance & Operations*** Design and manage intake, prioritization, and governance processes for the EO Communications organization.* Establish and maintain communications operating rhythms, planning cadences, and portfolio reviews.* Develop scalable processes, templates, workflows, and standards that improve team effectiveness and consistency.* Lead communications capacity planning, resource management, and workload visibility. **Portfolio Management*** Partner with communications leadership to evaluate competing priorities and support resource allocation decisions.* Track portfolio performance and provide leadership-level reporting on key deliverables, risks, issues, and resourcing needs.* Ensure effective coordination across dedicated portfolio leads, shared services, and communications specialists.* Support high-profile communications initiatives for EO leadership and strategic enterprise priorities.**Measurement & Insights*** Define and manage communications measurement frameworks and reporting mechanisms.* Analyze effectiveness metrics, stakeholder feedback, and engagement data.* Develop executive-level dashboards and insights that inform decision-making and continuous improvement.**Stakeholder Leadership*** Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to communications leaders and business stakeholders.* Lead cross-functional working teams without direct authority.* Drive alignment among diverse stakeholders while managing competing priorities and organizational complexity. **Experience & Qualifications****Required*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.* 10+ years of experience in program management, communications operations, business operations, strategic planning, or related fields.* Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional programs with enterprise impact.* Experience working with senior executives and leadership teams.* Strong project and portfolio management expertise.* Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.* Advanced stakeholder management and influence skills.* Experience developing governance models, operational frameworks, and business processes.* Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.**Preferred*** Experience in executive communications, corporate communications, Corporate Affairs, or Chief of Staff organizations.* Experience supporting transformation, organizational change, or enterprise initiatives.* Experience managing communications planning, measurement, and reporting.* Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and communications technologies. The pay range for this role is **$93,400.00 to $151,000.00 USD** annually with additionalopportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to UnitedStates of America candidates only).
