We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Data Scientist to join our IT Data & Analytics team. The role involves providing strategic leadership on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to optimize various business functions. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, develop and implement AI/ML solutions, and stay current with technological advancements.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions to automate and enhance business processes.
• Collaborate with commercial and central G&A teams to identify opportunities and deliver data-driven insights.
• Design and manage the full lifecycle of machine learning models.
• Utilize tools such as Python, Databricks, Snowflake, and Tableau for data analysis, modeling, and presentation.
• Maintain documentation and provide training on AI/ML best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or Master’s with 10+ years or PhD with 6+ years in AI, ML, and Generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL; experience with data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau.
• Experience operationalizing algorithms into production systems.

Additional Information:
