The Charleston, WV office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, seeks an attorney to join its Toxic Tort & Environmental Practice. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and 1–15 years of experience in toxic tort and environmental litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.

Admission to the West Virginia Bar is required.

Qualifications

• Admitted to the West Virginia Bar.

Responsibilities

• Litigation in toxic tort and environmental matters across state and federal courts.
• Case management, motion practice, and discovery.
