Responsibilities

• Defend toxic tort, citizen suits, and administrative enforcement actions in various forums.
• Navigate environmental regulations and permitting under federal and state laws.
• Represent PRP in CERCLA cleanups with consultants and experts.
• Advise clients on regulatory developments and policy changes.
