Job summary

Boeing is seeking an Environmental Test Engineer (Associate or Experienced) to join the Berkeley, MO team. This hands-on role covers test design, setup, execution, data review and reporting in the Thermal Test Engineering Labs across multiple programs.

Responsibilities include developing test procedures, hardware/software designs, data analysis, and preparing debriefs. Bachelor degree in engineering or related field is required; Level 3 requires 3+ years of experience and LabVIEW familiarity.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related field required.
• Experience in test methods and instrumentation is preferred.
• Experience with LabVIEW or similar software is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist in demonstrating the effectiveness of test methods.
• Develop simple test procedures and instrumentation definitions to perform tests and minimize risk.
• Designs component and sub-assembly level hardware or software and uses analytical tools to verify the design.
• Assist in coordinating manufacture and assembly of test hardware.
• Identify solutions to basic problems and support metrology processes and tools.
• Prepare test reports for review.
