Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an early-to-mid career engineer to join a high-tempo team in environmental testing for optical payloads across air, ground, maritime, and space domains. You will support DVT, qualification and reliability testing from concept to production.

You will work hands-on, design test plans, operate environmental test equipment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires a BS and 5+ years of experience, plus willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in a related engineering field.
• Experience with climatic and dynamic testing.
• Experience with environmental test instrumentation and data acquisition.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Function as a member of an interdisciplinary team for testing and verification on product lines.
• Lead test design reviews, visit vendors, define and execute hardware test plans.
• Build test equipment, implement test automation, analyze failures and qualification campaigns.
• Travel to test sites locally or out of state as needed.
