McKee Foods is seeking an ESD-Technician to join our Environmental Sanitation Department in Gentry, Arkansas. You will operate high-pressure washing equipment and clean production areas to maintain sanitation standards.

This role requires physical work, lifting up to 40 lbs, and flexibility to cover shift hours, including third shift with a $2/hour premium. We value reliability, safety, and a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

Pay

$19.68 - $22.13 / hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Plus $2.00 / hour shift premium for 3rd shift hours

Schedule

(Thursday 5 a.m. - 3 p.m. , Friday 5 a.m. - 5 p.m. , Saturday 10 p.m. - 10 a.m.) Hours vary depending on sundown
Clock out for lunch (other days and hours as needed)

Job Summary

• Must be willing to attend specialized training when required
• Must be willing and able to work with various chemicals
• Must be able to read a production schedule

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Industrial cleaning experience
• Food processing or food manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with industrial/manufacturing cleaning processes and procedures
• Basic knowledge of the function and operation of sanitation equipment
• Training and/or experience in operating lift equipment
• Related training; including blood borne pathogens, confined space, lock out systems, dust hazard, chemical management, etc.
