Job summary

McKee Foods Corporation in Stuarts Draft, Virginia, is seeking an Electronics Technician to join our Maintenance team on the 3rd shift at 272 Patton Farm Rd. You will maintain and troubleshoot all plant electrical/electronic systems and enter equipment data into the Maximo system as part of daily maintenance tasks.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent apprenticeship, plus strong troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and Lean continuous-improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electronics/Instrumentation or completion of a 4-year Apprenticeship, or 5 years of industrial electronics maintenance experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot electronic systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication and Lean process improvement mindset.

Pay

$36.29 - $45.83/ hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Plus shift differential of $2.00 / hour for any hours worked on 3rd Shift

$1,500 Sign-On Bonus:

$250 paid after week 1, plus $250 at the end of each of the next 5 quarters (must be actively employed at the time of payout)

Schedule

3rd Shift (Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.)

Clock out for lunch & other days and hours as needed

• Must provide own tools for this position
• Ability and willingness to work overtime, call-ins and other times as required
