Job summary

Vmx-International-LL in Kings Mountain, NC is seeking an Operations Associate for a full-time day shift. You will ensure waste and recycling bins are emptied throughout the day, properly separate and label waste, and coordinate with production teams to train staff on safe recycling and disposal practices.

Required are steel-toed boots and Hazwoper training (24hr) and Hazwoper physical and hearing tests scheduled before starting.

Qualifications

• Must have steel-toed boots (remaining PPE will be provided by the site).
• Hazwoper Training (24hr) scheduled by the Vendor (Prior to Starting).
• Hazwoper Physical scheduled by the Client (Prior to Starting), Audio/Hearing Test (Prior to Starting).

Responsibilities

• Ensure all waste and recycling bins are emptied throughout the day.
• Properly separate, collect, store, and label waste, recycling, and chemicals.
• Communicate with other department employees to train on proper recycling and disposal of waste generated during the production process.
• Report any issues or concerns to WM management.
