Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC is seeking driven professionals to lead and contribute across environmental consulting and engineering projects in the Northeast Division. You’ll work on soil, groundwater, and water sampling, collaborate with teams, and advance compliance and reporting in a fast-paced environment.

There is emphasis on safety, training, and growth with annual bonus opportunities and a culture focused on delivering impactful outcomes for communities and clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving history and reliable transportation.
• 2+ years of relevant or transferrable experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices and maintaining an excellent safety record.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Hands-on skills and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Physical ability to climb stairs and ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Availability for infrequent night and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Collect field samples of soil, soil vapor, groundwater, surface water, and drinking water.
• Work directly with staff and management-level team members with field and reporting responsibilities.
• Learn environmental compliance rules, regulations, and best management techniques.
• Complete inspections and daily reporting for environmental and construction status records.
• Observe safe work practices.

Annual Expected Pay Range: $22—$25 USD
