Job summary

FirstLine Road Solutions is seeking an energetic Environmental Technician to join our field team in Texas. This full-time, hands-on role involves operating equipment, supporting incident-scene tasks, and collaborating with Project Managers, Leads, and other teams to protect communities and the environment.

You will perform active fieldwork, maintain equipment, and communicate clearly with customers while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Reliable and responsive with strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform active, hands‑on work, solve problems creatively, and make timely decisions under pressure.
• Interest in automobiles and automotive knowledge.
• Ability to use web and mobile applications.
• Must hold and maintain the required certifications, training, and clearances: 40-hour HAZWOPER certification with continuing education, First Aid, Forklift, Skid Steer, ISNetWorld, fit testing, and Environmental Awareness.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned equipment within your training and experience and in accordance with company policies.
• Support assigned tasks and incident-scene work in coordination with team members.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain positive customer relationships during assigned work.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Leads, and cross-functional teams.
• Assist with maintenance and keep assigned units, equipment, and trailers clean.
• Use web and mobile applications to support assigned work.
• Maintain appropriate personal hygiene, clean clothing, and a professional appearance.
• Perform other duties assigned by your supervisor.
