Job summary

Thin Line Environmental is seeking a General Laborer to support site operations through hands-on tasks. You will keep the worksite clean, move materials, operate power tools, set up temporary structures, and assist skilled tradespeople as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Additional certifications or apprenticeship experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Probationary period 180 days zero tolerance.
• Must have a valid drivers license and insurance this is a mandatory requirement

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, spill clean up, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products
• Provide assistance to onsite tradespeople
• Transport materials and equipment from one location to another
• Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment
• Set up cones and warning signs to increase visibility
• Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding
• Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor
• Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair

We are seeking a General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, setting up temporary structures, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, spill clean up, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products

Provide assistance to onsite tradespeople

Transport materials and equipment from one location to another

Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment

Must be able to operate equipment, forklift, skid, steer, mini excavator, pick up truck, and trailer Non-CDL 26ft Box Truck
