W3Global is seeking Environmental Technicians to join our Hawaii environmental consulting team. You will conduct inspections, collect samples, monitor conditions, and support projects across the islands, including indoor air quality assessments and construction-related environmental work.

• Collect asbestos, lead, mold, indoor air quality (IAQ), soil, water, dust, and air samples.
• Perform air monitoring, moisture assessments, and environmental measurements.
• Document field observations and prepare project documentation.
• Operate environmental monitoring equipment and maintain field instruments.
• Support remediation oversight and construction monitoring projects.
• Follow OSHA, EPA, Hawaii DOH, and company safety standards.

Salary Range

Environmental Technician I: $49,920-$66,560 annually ($24-$32/hour)

Environmental Technician II: $54,080-$68,640 annually ($26-$33/hour)

Salary will depend on experience, education, certifications, and demonstrated technical competency.

About The Position

As an Environmental Technician, you'll work alongside experienced environmental professionals conducting inspections, collecting samples, monitoring environmental conditions, and supporting environmental consulting projects throughout Hawaii.

Your projects may include indoor air quality assessments, asbestos and lead surveys, mold investigations, and environmental monitoring during construction and demolition activities.

Preferred Qualifications

The following experience and certifications are preferred but not required.

• Environmental consulting or industrial hygiene experience.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification.
• AHERA or Hawaii Asbestos Certifications.
• Lead Inspector or Risk Assessor Certifications.
• Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) investigation experience.
• Construction, environmental, or engineering field experience.
